Wine Tasting and Education
Ever wanted to learn more about wine, but do not know where to begin? Hands on, we will explore the wonderful world of wine together: how it is made, where it is made, how to match it to food, how to recognize the aroma and appreciate the TASTE! Each class will combine a venture to different wine tasting regions and tasting (drinking!) component, and at the end of four weeks you will be able to stride through the wine section with extreme confidence.
This course is taught by the best-selling author of the wine books HAVE A GLASS: A Modern Guide To Wine, and the favorite annual series HAD A GLASS: Top 100 wine values under $20.
